Let’s do a workshop:

This part is intended to be used for a group attending this crash course on Soft & Leadership Skills.

Basically we will group the attendees into 3-4 persons per group and they will pick among these four (4) areas wherein they'll do a ROLE PLAY showcasing situations and encounters that involves them:

• Effective Communication
• Reporting Protocol
• Managing Poor Performance
• Motivation

Each end of the presenter, there will be an open discussion to hear other group’s understanding and share other’s opinion on the proper or correct practices and actions.
