Question/Opener: Hi, how are you?

Response: I'm good, I'm great, I'm doing well. Thanks. How about u?

Question/Opener: Good morning, Good afternoon Sir/Ma’am.

Response: Good morning. Good afternoon too.

Question/Opener: Who are you? What's your name?

Response: My name is _______, I’m your cleaner’s team leader/supervisor for this school.

Other Q&A sentences includes:

• How can I help you?
• Let me see how we can fix that.
• I will try my best Ma’am/Sir. 
• I will contact my Supervisor for this.
• Please create a Service Request in the system.
• Your request is done and complete.
